We are walking distance from the trailhead to Vernooy Kill Falls and the Long Path. Some interesting locations around Minnewaska State Park, Mohonk Preserve, and Mohonk Mountain House, Sam's Point, restaurants Egg's nest, Hash, Phoenecia Diner, Arrowood brewery, Westwind orchard, Hunter and Wyndham Ski Resorts, and the Catskill State Park is practically our backyard! Our house has an open living-dining-kitchen area, 2 rooms, one of them is the bedroom with a queen room and the other is an office with a pullout leather sofa. Additionally, there is a bathroom with radiant floor heating and hot air for steam baths. Unlimited hot water. There is plenty of space for parking and we also have a playset to share with our little one. The Kitchen area features a waffle maker (new feature), microwave, gas stove, induction stove, toaster, air-fry capable oven, popcorn maker, 1950's can opener, and a deluxe coffee maker machine for ice coffee, classic coffee, and specialty teas. Our house features an additional wood-burning stove to keep you extra cozy on chilly winter nights.
